Educational/Training Opportunities Available
Certain educational/training sessions provide a cohesive opportunity for interested participants to learn how our four core messages were developed and how to use them to advocate for a dedicated funding source for the HTF. Several of these sessions have been held over the State. Our core messages for the housing trust fund are:
• Every child deserves a safe place to call home
• A place to call home offers seniors an opportunity to live and grow with independence and dignity
• Our veterans should have access to safe, affordable housing
• Hardworking Arkansans should be able to afford a home and still have enough money for groceries and child care
